So many bad design decisions… Where to start?
1. 150um yet what Uniz showed during KS campaign were only 70um samples and never stated them as such. Bait and switch… immoral, greedy, ANTI-CUSTOMER!
2. The limit switch at the top instead of where it should be at Zero or Home, ensures that eventually the bed will break the LCD.
3. The vacuum ruins any chance of a good peel and the peel happens thanks to the Bed Arm on the lead screw BENDING from the upward force… and causing skipped steps in Z(see #2).
4. The vacuum draws the polymer from the vat hard against the sharp spots on the spacer and the tape on the LCD which in less time then it takes to use 1 bottle of resin pokes holes in the bottom of the vat.
These are probably not all that we will find as we tear the machine apart, but for sure we are certain that this machine is NOT a viable product. It should NEVER have shipped and if UNIZ expects to continue selling products they would be wise to offer refunds.
