I’m trying to print a surgical guide with sleeves with 4,4 and 3,5 mm in diameter.
Attached are pictures of the settings I use and the position on the printer. Also there is a photo of the measures on STL file.
When printing, the holes measure 3,9 and 3,2.
Any sugestion?

Hi Pedro, as we communicate with email, zABS Green resin is a general resin which is not suitable for surgical guide. If you want to print surgical guide, I recommend our zSG resin which is specially designed for surgical guide application. It is high precision and biocompatible.
