selection it doe not recognize the Slash Plus UDP only the ol. What do I do?

I filled out registration when I receive the printer. I purchased the resolution upgrade license yesterday “slash ol to plus udp”. On printer selection it doe not recognize the Slash Plus UDP only the ol. What do I do?
