How to replace the LCD screen when your old one was damaged?

If the connector between LCD and the ribbon cable is fine,and the HDMI board is working when you turn on the printer,the reason why the screen can’t show logo anymore is the LCD broken.You need to replace it refer below link:https://youtu.be/v9U__H1g-w0
