Where can I send the machine to fix?

I just unpacked and used the machine 2 times. Now its not working. It did not stick and It made thin print mark on the vat. I tried to clean and calibrate but now no wifi connecting, no green light.

Please tell me what to do If I can fix, or where can I send to fix it.

I can show you something if it is working at all. How am I going to show you something not working?????

I sent you some still picture.

The resin got into the board and toasted the electronics!!!

I was able to finally print some out by tweaking the parameter for zWax resin

Hi Kyu,

Can you share what happened with the zWax resin you used? Did UNIZ send you an additional machine to replace the defective one free of charge? Did you have to send back your machine ?

From the posted picture with shown settings for the zWax I can tell that the first layers are not cured enough (6s only)! Even though that he succeed in the print. I would suggest to go as high as 15 sec for first three layers, or more.
