Building platform does not come down properly….

A new problem: When getting ready to print and the pressing the circle with the green flashing lights, the printer begins the process but the building platform only comes down about 5-10mm and does goes back up again and the process is terminated.

So basically when I do not get the ” Resin info abnormal. Check resin bottle” and it seems that I could get the printer working, the building platform refuses to come down properly…

The motor does work because I can see the platform moving a bit up and down so what is it ?? Software ? Hardware ?

Not impressed with the SLASH OL so far…..

Hi, did you try again to start a print when you met the problem?

Of course. That is the first thing I did. Did not work. I have been advised by your support team to reset the z-axis… which I will do. Fingers crossed…

Hi, good afternoon, I have a problem with the Building platform. It doesn’t get to lift, it doesn’t go up step by step, it’s like I’m sucked into the led screen. My question is, how do I unlock the platform, since I stick to the led with resin, turn off and try to lift, NOTHING. I turned on and tried to lift, NOTHING, turn the back long screw and NOTHING ..
