Besides this thread, how is the “24×7” chat supposed accessed?  Any other company I’ve ever dealt with would put a link on the support page – but I don’t see that anywhere – disappointing; just like the Slash.

Hello,

 

The pressure starts but stops in the tank and the front button lights up red and nothing happens.

Both power supplies light up green.

 

How can I check if the power is coming into the device?
