Account Issue

I am unable to access my account through the software. When I input the username and password it keeps telling me invalid.

Also, I have my UNIZ Slash 2 connected LAN along side my desktop.

No, I haven’t. 

They gave me a link to try it another way but it still did not work.

This is what they told me:

Set according to this page https://www.uniz.com/us_en/support/remote_monitoring/

 

If still not working, please change to another way of the printer Internet connection (i.e. mobile photo hotspot) and try again.

Our engineer has finished checking, you can change the account password and try again.

Yes, the software finally let me use my login credentials.
