My Slash OL that I bought on Kickstarter has a loose air pump.  Why?  Am I supposed to install it?

Plus, the level on the build plate is not even close to level with the build plate, and there is no way to remove the metal from plastic to fix it.  Never should have happened.  Not a good start.

Hi, the air pump is a spare part, as for the level on the build plate, can you show some pictures? I can’t get it what you mean.

So I should just hold onto the air pump until the one that is in the machine stops working?

If you lay the build plat flat on a level surface, the bubble is outside of the middle circle.  This is because the level itself is not level with the build plate.  It is crooked, and there is no way to get inside the structure to fix it.

Yes. The level bubble is just for reference, you just make the printer level as you can, it’s not very important.
