UNIZ is a very good machine if all working and Zwax resin is very good castable.
The problem is the human in the company. They put fresh off the school intern at the technical support without any knowledge of the machine and very bad attitude.
Believe or not, the intern wants $500 before giving me any more technical support because the company made him/her pay for the replacement machine that they send me.
