Desktop UI cannot see Printer

I’m using Uniz desktop for Mac.  I connect my USB and start the program and printer.  I know that there is a connection because a system report on the Mac shows it being assigned a connection on the USB hub.  The icon dock on the right side of the Uniz screen does not give me a usb icon and does not recognize the Uniz.  The only button I have is the LAN button, which will not find the printer either.  I can wifi into the printer and registered (which started my 1 week trial upgrade, even though I can’t use it yet), and tried to upgrade firmware.  It immediately came back as upgrade complete and then repeatedly showed that message over and over when I closed the dialog.

I can’t even try to print anything because the desktop USB connection isn’t being recognized.  I have no idea where to start troubleshooting.  Any ideas?  (My light glows solid green if that matters).

Hi Randy, please try to select mode “Slash Plus UDP” to see whether you can see the printer. We provided 7 days trial for Slash OL backer. During the 7 days, the printer will be Slash Plus UDP model.
