First layer is bleeds and separates

I am using mostly default settings and zABS gray. Yet I have persistent problem. if I print is successful, you  can see “brim” effect around the bottom of object.  More complex objects usually experience separating of first layer from second. I manage to capture how it looks on print that was completed but bottom is ruined (gyro cube).

Bleeding is visible on the picture of calibration bar I’ve made. On one that is closer to camera I decrease first layer exposure to 10s. No visible difference.

Both prints on 0.1 all the way through with Slow motor speed for first 50% or print. Rest of setting are standard.

What would be suggestions?

Difficult to say but I don’t think that film should look like this way… It would be exceedingly great if Uniz would offer just films for sale as more economical way to upgrade film on tanks without replacing (or adding yet another) frame.
