Flashing red led problem. Not connecting

So I received my slash ol today.
Started up, wouldn’t activate. Went through other settings, could fill/empty but then still couldn’t activate or connect to Ethernet/wireless.
Turned off at the back, turned back on and now it won’t get out of the loud fan and slow flashing red at the start.
Now it won’t connect at all, even with usb and even when left for ages still flashing red led.
Switched off and left off, same thing when I turn back on.

Faulty unit?

We should check out if the H3 is working.
The operation:
1. Remove the shell of the printer. Refer below link:https://youtu.be/Xfpn6HdvAtk
2. Turn on the printer,you can find a blue light flashing on the H3.see the below pic. Can you see the blue light in yours?
3. Check if the SD card is in place(you can see it in the pic above)

my unit there is a red light. In that case, what should I do? (sd card is in place)

in my unit the light from the h3 unit is red. I tried removed and install the sd card again, but the red light still on. What should I do next?
