Hey, how about a “Sorry your resins are on back order 20 days ago.” Or “Sorry, we released a printer so Alpha it doesn’t even work on 99% of those that Kickstarted it.  Seriously guys, get your act together.  We all seem to be alpha testers for you, not even beta testers.  If you want us to go on social media and promote your printer, treat us better.  Seriously did you test the printers before they went out?  Did you actually try to print something? Everyone who kickstarted your printer got one that did not work, we all had to come here to learn work arounds.  Do you think we will recommend Uniz when you fix whatever you should have had ready when you launched?   Enough!  Give us updates to fix the printers we paid for or give us printers that actually work.  Stop with the “Oh…hee her her just got your message, we will send you your order tomorrow.”  

I have to echo that.  In this day and age of Amazon Prime, I’m getting annoyed that I ordered resins last Thursday and they haven’t shipped yet.  I just checked my visa, and you charged me for them on the day I ordered them.  

The printer I have has had numerous problems, but not to the extent that other have.  The baseline software settings don’t work, the documentation is poor, and the workmanship of the resin sensor bracket (which holds the completely non-functional resin sensor) is so poor it might as well not be there.

I’ve wasted the 2 bottles of resin I had trying to dial in the unit and now it sounds like order fulfillment is also a problem.  When will the software that unlocks 3rd party resin be released?
