Activate your printer and link it to your UniZ account.

Update your APP to 1.1.0

I updated the program but it still says ”no printers found” in Remote monitoring! Under Printers tab I see my printer and printer status. Me tab / remote monitoring cannot find my printer! Is there some registration for remote monitoring? Where do I do it?

Yes,that feature requires you to activate the printer on your account.

You can email to support@uniz3d.com.

Do you know when the Android App is going to be working?  I have downloaded and installed the App on my phone but I am not able to login to the App using my Uniz account.  The printer is working OK over WiFi.

I have same problem with my iPhone. It does dot accept my Uniz login!

Hello,

We are having trouble enabling “Remote monitoring”, when tried to engage it in desktop app, it is loading, but then returns back to OFF.

Thanks

I’m having the same problem.  I turn on Remote monitoring on the desktop Uniz program, it’ll tell me that it’s registered, and then a second later it’ll automatically turn off again.

Hi, I have the same problem – any help?

Remote monitoring no linger works since the 3.14fw update and the update to the desktop app.  While the pc application and the android app shows remote remote monitoring on, the remote section says offline and the website has an empty status .  It seems many people are complaining but you are providing no support other than instructional links.  There is obviously a bigger issue if so many people are having issues.

I’m sorry,I haven’t seen that either, and no idea for that, but I pass it to our software department.

You can turn the remote monitoring off and then on to have a try.

I have tried toggeling it with no luck, it always shows offline in the app, under remote monitoring, but in the printer section it shows online. I have even completely removed it from teh network, readded it, reset the app on pc and the phone, but the same issue.

Can you send me the S/N of your printer?
