If your printer is Slash OL or Slash Pro OL, it need to connect internet before printing. The printer need to connect with online server to get verification.

i am having the same issue. even when i connect the printer via Ethernet cable. it says printer is connected but when i try to print its not doing anything. i think internet i am using is blocking somthing?

i need help.

I have the same issue, I was connected wifi and USB I disconnected the wifi and it worked … not really didn’t do the print for 3 hrs anything

than restarted and same msg is back …….. but now can’t connect to wifi and I can’t print

is seem bug in the software …….. and s we know uniz don’t care since you already paid and bought it
