Logging in to the software or app

HI, i recently purchased a slash plus, 

 

i have tried all three methods of activation – when logging in through LAN or WAN the 192.168.12.1 does not show any pages or address i cannot connect this way

When trying to use the app or the desktop software  i CANNOT login.. it continues to say i have the wrong password or username.. which is incorrect as i am using the correct data – i even made a second account just to be sure – i can login to the uniz website online but it just refuses to let me login using the app or desktop application 

 

someone please help this is infuriating..

After the install itunes on windows 7 it was not running at all because when I was trying to login into the software then it was literally crashing. Please help me to fix the problem so that I can run the app.

en la nueva actualización de la impresora no inicia sesion y no puedo maner dicha impresora en forma remota.
