LOGO DOES NOT SHOW WHEN TESTING THE LCD SCREEN

If the LOGO does not show when testing the LED screen using the SHOW LOGO function in the UNIZ software, does that mean that the screen need replacement ?

There is light produced but no logo.

1. Confirm all the power supply interfaces, connect them, shut down and restart, and try again

2. Find the screen interface, unplug and reconnect (power off operation)

3. If the above two points cannot make the screen normal, the screen shall be replaced

If the screen is changed, please send an email to support@uniz.com. A technician will give you relevant guidance
