No connection

I turned on my slash this morning everything seemed ok but was taking along time to connect to the wifi, after awhile I checked my connection and there was none, I also couldn’t connect with the USB or Ethernet and I noticed the fan on the back wasn’t working. I lifted the printer up and noticed a oily substance along the seems of the underside of the printer and assume this must be coolant, I’ve been using this unit for under a year and love it but I’m disappointed it’s malfunctioned after about 4 litres of resin. Can you help.
