Polymer film sticks to LCD and will not release

So as the title states this just unboxed machine does not release the object from the FEP or Polymer that these guys used in the VAT. After I cleaned the vat out to take a good look it seems they used a film UNDERNEATH the vat that is attached to the polymer and this film sticks to the screen. No it is NOT the LCD protective film that I removed when I unboxed… BUT it DOES look like it as if some BONEHEAD attached it to the bottom of the vat incorrectly.

Anybody else have a film attached to the polymer UNDER the vat????  The Polymer or FEP MUST be VERY flexible and should NOT stick to he LCD glass at all or forget about this thing actually printing!

So I was correct. A bonehead at the factory put a protection film on the polymer as well as the LCD! If you are seeing the Z axis struggling and not able to get the polymer to release look under you vat and see if there is a rectangle of clear film under your vat. IT SHOULD NOT BE THERE. Getting it off is REAL tricky without damaging the polymer. I suggest carefully pushing on the other side of the polymer gently with a gloved finger tip and use a not too sharp finger nail to pry up a corner. Otherwise do NOT use anything sharp!!
