Printer not working under WIFI connection (only USB cable) Slash OL

Hey, i cannot tell if it worked before the upgrade, but now it’s not working.

i’m connecting to printer AP, connecting to my wifi network (checking if it’s connected), then trying to connect to the printer from the program, it sees it, but once i choose it cannot do anything. only at the bottom i see LAN connection and all other buttons and settings are unavailable.

i cannot work with cable each time. 

Please advice

Slash OL (but still can find it only under plus udp)

Hi, you mean that the USB cable is normal, right? It’s unavailable only under WIFI connection?

BTW, did you have a try to restart the printer?

On USB cable working well.

On WIFI – I see the printer but it’s unavailable for work. see print screen above

I did restarted couple times (still have a problem : wifi-settings-resets-after-restart )

I think you should update again via the AP(192.168.12.1) to check out if the problem is solved.

Do you install the teamviewer in your PC? And can you get the IP for your printer? Maybe you can find it from the router.
