Hello,

when i start a printing (at the first two or three exposure time), it look like the machine struggle to get out of the resin.

It then seem like the printer is working fine. But in the end, everything i stuck on the bottom of the resin tank.

Try posting more information, for example screen shots of Uniz desktop settings like exposure times layer heights etc, including power (in the gear icon) and support dialogue boxes if necessary! Maybe then someone here can better understand and possibly help?

Be very careful. The resin stuck to the base of the vat and the build platform used soo much pressure that it ripped a hole in the vat and the resin leaked over the LCD screen and hardened. Told it can be scrapped off but I tried and it cant come off.

I reasonably c expect to set up and once running leave it to itself rather than me sit and watch the printer for 5 or so hours.

The fail occurred somewhere 50 to 150 layers…….had a print of 20mm or so already done.

Well Uniz says I have to buy a new vat. Anyone had any success at replacing the film at all instead?? Seems to be an option in other machines….
