PROBLEM PRINTING UDP

I found some problems with slash plus udp , trying to print in udp your egg(udp gray) model, the model was not printed correctly, just two or three layers attached to the plane, the rest detached and remained in the resin tank , neither the support was printed, i’ve tried many times with different settings and different models, but i had the same result.
please help.

May I know what’s your firmware version before you upgrade to 4.5? Were you able to print egg with UDP mode with old firmware before?

I don’t know , i’ve already upgrade it to 4,5 the first time i turned it on. please help
