Slash C printing 4 to 6 times slower than estimated time in software

When I first received my Slash C it printed great. The printing time the software estimated was very accurate, (1 hour estimated by the software and about an hour to actually print) but after printing with it for couple weeks now the times are way off (1 hour estimated by the software is 4 to 5 hours to actually print) and I have noticed a change in the speed at which Z retracts. When it was printing fine with accurate estimated times I noticed that the Z would retract at faster speeds when the area of exposure was smaller and at slower speeds when the exposed area was larger, now it doesn’t matter, the Z retract speed is the same throughout the whole print “SLOW”.  I’ve had the printer since mid January so I know it’s not because of a software update where I did notice they locked the motor speed to LOW. Is anyone else experiencing inaccurate print times.

Because we received some user experience feedback from the user, we reduce the motor speed to improve the life of the resin tank and user experience.

You can continue to pay attention to us, and we will unlock the professional version in the future so that people like you can use it.
