Slash UDP Pro not connecting to Network

Whenever I power off my UDP Pro, it forgets the network details. Every time I power the printer back on, I have to connect to the SLASH Wifi, manually type in my wifi password again, then switch back to my own Wifi so that I can connect to the printer and start working.

I’ve tried connecting the printer via an ehternet cable, that hasn’t helped either. Whilst connecting via USB might allow me to print without this hassle, it wouldn’t help with remote monitoring (although I’ve not managed to get the camera working yet!)

I am struggling with the same issue. Connecting USB does not solve the issue. When I try to start the print, I get an error stating “No internet connection” and my Slash OL (in Slash Plus UDP trial license period at this time) will not start the print. On top of this issue is that today, once I connect to the Slash WIFI, http://192.168.12.1 will not load. My MacBook pro does not have an ethernet cable, so that option is not available for me. Please, someone help us. Thanks.
