Table of exposure & cool down times?

The default times in the Uniz software keep resulting in failed prints for me, both on orange zUDP and gray zUDP resin.  The prints start fine, with good adhesion to the print platen, but does not connect to succeeding layers.

Is there a reference table of good exposure times and cool down times for each layer thickness and resin?

Were you using UDP mode? Do you mind send your test STL file to support@uniz.com for us to take a look?

I was.  The first test was the eiffel tower structure i downloaded from your store.  I can email the second.  I did get one 1/2 successful print last night (after 2 bottles of resin about gone) where half of the items on the platen printed and the other half lost adhesion at some point.  For that print, I tried without UDP mode, even though I was using UDP resins.

I’ll send that one also.

As another possibility, what shoudl the LED power be set to in the settings menu?  Currently set to 250.

Thanks.

Hi, for UDP printing, it should be set 300, 250 for normal printing.

Ahh…didn’t see that in the documentation.  Thanks much.

I got zUDP Gray to print, but not with UDP mode.  Screen caps of my settings.  And as you will notice, I had zABS Gray selected, not zUDP.  The resin was indeed a zUDP bottle.  LED power is 250.

You can find exposure settings from official website now. Here’s the URL: https://www.uniz.com/us_en/support/support_slash_arguments/
