Be aware that UNIZ does not have a real support. Their support guys just keep copy pasting manuals from their website and they have little to know knowledge how to debug. I gave them access 24/7 to the printer and no one is able to check it ( they can SSH / Teamviewer ) to the printer, but they obiously do not have anyone with knowledge.
I write them, LAN and WIFI has problem, 1 piece out of 3. Their response after 2 days, connect to WiFi, use manual from web. They should switch their staff.
