Uniz Ibee – Can not print test model, Tried many times

I have tried several times tweaking things as I go, doing some research and trying again. I’ve tried leveling and zeroing the bed, cleaning the build plate and resanding and recleaning, tried cleaning the FEP, tried undisturbed resin, tried medium shaken resin, vigorously shaken resin. All with the same result. The model does not stick to the build plate and when it does, only the right most dice and sometimes the middle dice will stick. but when it does, it begins to fail after the supports, as in it never gets to the actual model. I have changed no options, only trying to print the test file which should just work if things are zero and level. So I have several questions: should the resin be shaken or not before filling vat? what kind of paper should be used to zero and level? they say use A4, but that does not define thickness of the paper, only the height and width. Is temperature a critical factor? or is typical 55-65 room temperature be ok? Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

No response in 3 days, the support request link on the Uniz site does not work. Very disappointed to have a printer I waited months for to just simply not work with no support at all. I have been struggling for weeks trying to get a successful print and have failed every time. I have followed the instructions exactly and noting I do seems to work. So far I have only tried the test dice model as that is the demo print and should work without hassle. I have tried cleaning the FEP, replacing the FEP, mixing the zmud, not mixing the zmud, multiple z axis calibrations and always the same result. when I do the LCD test it seems very dim, I can barely see it. I’m not sure how bright it is supposed to be, but I get the feeling it might be too dim because the failed print is very flexible and does not seem properly cured. Also, the instructions say to use the “A4” paper to level the bed, but my printer did not come with any A4 paper. How thick is the A4 paper supposed to be? Am I the only one with these issues?

Personally, I clean the build plate and FEP then leave it on to level. You could also take a spare sheet of FEP and place it under the build plate to check level.

As for the resin, shaking them prior to pouring makes sure the colors are mixed properly. Just let it sit a few mins before starting a print to allow the bubbles to dissipate, as  they can cause layer failure.

Does that help?
