Here is the issue: Just got our new Slash and had it up and running and even had a nice first print with it. THEN the desktop software said we need to update, so I did. Immediately after restarting the printer, the light would just flash red and the printer was no longer connecting to the laptop. Does anyone have a fix for this? I can’t seem to get an answer from customer service other than “Please send a video”. Sent multiple videos but no solutions. Please help. Thank you
