When will I receive the supplies I ordered?

Almost 2 months ago I placed an order for more ABS resin and some spare parts like a resin tray and build plate.  Since then I have not heard anything about the status of my order.  Please ship my stuff or at the very least tell me when I can expect shipment but really at this point you need to just ship it.  Two months ago you maybe could have told me it would be a few month but now is too late for making excuses.

Incidentally, I would like to order more supplies, especially resins like the FPU and PMMA but I am hesitant to place additional orders when you can’t even give a status on an order already placed.

So far, the Slash+ printer I received has been a very impressive machine but your business is going to die if you can’t get your act together regarding customer service.

Incidentally, I made this a public complaint instead of just a private complaint because my previous experience (and that of other comments in various forums) is that you are very unresponsive to emails.  Also, in your recent Kickstarter update. you stated that you have directed customer service to prioritize/focus on responding to this forum.  To me that seems like a wrong priority.  If I were running your company I would put responding to emails first, at least those that are customer service related, so that these types of complaints could be resolved quickly and privately.

Of course the very first priority should be to actually fill customers’ orders quickly so they have no cause to complain in the first place.

Same problem. I’m a backer. I got my 3D printer recently. Setup did not work. I emailed support. He replied a couple of times and then stopped responding completely.  At the time, I notified them the forum is not working at all. So I had no other option beside their email support. Yet they ignored that comment, and then stopped responding, leaving me with disfunctional printer.

Complete disregard and disrespect to the people who put faith in and backed the project to make it a reality.

Same problem here.  I ordered more resin back in December and never received it.  My order page says it’s still ‘processing’, although they did charge my credit card.

I ordered two bottles of resin on the 30/11/17 and received them around the middle of February. My order history page still says processing?

I actually did email them the day before I made the original post in this thread and they replied the day after I posted this.  They indicated my order has been shipped from China and I should be receiving it soon.  They said the reason fro the delay was because they had waited for an improved formula of the resin to be ready.  They acknowledged they needed to work on the problems I mentioned like the lack of communications.  Like they should have told me shortly after I placed the order that there was going to be a delay and maybe giving me the choice to have some of the items shipped separately.

I ordered extra resin with the printer in July, still waiting for it. Ordered some in janurary. Still nothing. 4 or 5 emails, no response. I am glad the forums are finally open.

I actually received the stuff I ordered today.  Now I guess I will place another order and see how long it takes them.

I bought a 405nm module 5/11/2016 and it was delivered June 2018. Over 1 1/2 years to deliver!!

I see the resin is in stock and delivery is only EURO19.59. But get this…although in stock it is expected to get here end of September. It is the 3rd July so pretty much 3 months wait!!!!!! I upgraded to the UDP also so maybe that machine will arrive before? Guess I have a rather large paper weight at the moment…

Fabulous day!

I ordered some of there regular ABS Resin about 2 months ago, stuff they had in stock, and it arrived in about a week.  More recently I ordered stuff from the pre-order list, those I am not expecting anytime soon.  

Also I have some resin for a different printer that I am going to try at some point but I have not yet.  Maybe I will try that this week.
