Why do I have to pay $500 for replacement machine

The machine is not working damaged by resin flooded the electronic board and after long long email conversation, I was told to pay $500 for a replacement machine. Is this fair?

First, there is no instruction or diagram in the setup guide how to connect the liquid tube and sensor to the vat.

Second, if it was not properly connected, in the firmware should be a warning or make it impossible to pump the liquid out. 

Please send me another machine Team Uniz without charging $500.

My emotional damage is bigger than that especially waiting 2 years for the machine and in just 2 weeks, it’s not working.

Still having trouble with printing not sticking or only thin layer on vat and platform
